Water Outage – Monday 7/13 (E. Pleasant St. Reconstruction)

In association with the East Pleasant Street Reconstruction project, the City of Portage will be shutting the water off along segments of East Howard and Adams Streets between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM on Monday, July 13th, 2026. Customers whose water services fall along the below roadway segments will not have water during these shutdown periods. As with all similar shut-offs, we plan to have the water restored sooner than the indicated time and will restore services as soon as it is safe to do so. The affected properties have also been notified via door hangers.
100 Block of East Howard St. (between DeWitt and Adams)
400-500 Blocks of Adams St. (between E. Conant to E. Howard)
