Just a reminder, the City of Portage Snow Emergency remains effect. Even though most streets/roads have been plowed once, it continues to snow and plows will be out again later today, tonight and tomorrow. Fines of $50 will be issued to any vehicle that is parked on city streets during a snow emergency.
