Information on Properties Within the City of Portage

The Columbia County Land Information Department’s Property Records system may be used to locate parcel information on properties in Columbia County.

The City Assessor’s website is where you may access information on assessed valuations for properties located within the City of Portage.

If you have questions about rental rights and responsibilities please contact the Tenant Resource Center please call 1-877-238-7368 or here for the Tenant Resource Center website. The Tenant Resource Center is a nonprofit, membership organization dedicated to promoting positive relations between rental housing consumers (tenants) and providers (landlords) throughout Wisconsin.

To file a complaint against a landlord, click the link below.  You must provide a detailed description of the alleged violation and the dates and times the landlord was first notified and received in writing the nature of the complaint.
