Flushing Notice

The Portage Water Utility has begun conducting its annual fall flushing of the distribution system as of September 28, 2025 and will continue approximately through October 24, 2025. Flushing will be done between the hours of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. If you notice discoloration of your water which persists after the flushing, please contact our office at 608/742-4727 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-12:30pm Friday.
